Ingredients

2 free range eggs
-
1 tsp Just Flavour Italian or Everything seasoning
-
1@simsonspantry wrap
-
Spinach
-
Ham
-
Cheese
Directions
Whisk together eggs and Just Flavour seasoning. Pour into a medium - hot pan sprayed with oil and immediately place the tortilla on top. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
Lower the temperature to medium - low and flip the tortilla. Place your fillings on top and allow to cook for another minute. It cooks quickly so keep an eye on it!
Slide the tortilla onto a chopping board. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice in half, enjoy!
