Ingredients

200g fettuccine
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
-
2 tsp Just Flavour Italian
-
2 tsp Just Flavour spicy peri peri
-
100g danish fetta
-
handfull of spinach
Directions
Cook pasta according to packet instructions with a dash of olive oil and salt for flavour.
Meanwhile, heat a pan on medium with oil. Toss in the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, crushing as they cook.
Add Just Flavour Italian, peri peri and fetta with a ladle of pasta water. Stir to combine and break up the fetta, creating a creamy sauce.
Once the pasta is cooked, add straight into the pan with the spinach and toss to combine. If the pasta is a little dry, add some more pasta water. Or, allow the liquid to reduce if there is too much. Season with salt and pepper, enjoy!
